At Materion Barr Precision Optics & Thin Film Coatings, we manufacture NIST traceable thickness standards used to calibrate surface profilometry equipment. Our standards are used by many of the largest high performance equipment manufacturers in the world, and are certified using a NIST calibrated surface profilometer.
